Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Demonstrates technical nursing skills (as documented in unit skills list).
  • Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients: Score: Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation
  • Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients
  • Documentation of the nursing process as required by MMC standards
  • Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately.
  • Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader

Job Requirements

Required

  • One (1) year current medical/surgicalnursing in an acute care setting orspecialty area experience
  • Registered Nurse: CA RN License
  • Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days
