  • Full-Time: 55k-60k /year

Your Responsibilities 

  • Lead, mentor and support quality assurance staff, program managers, and direct support professionals

  • Manage programs compliancy and delivery of high-quality services

  • Build meaningful relationships with participants, their families, staff and community partners

  • Be an impactful positive presence to engage with teams and boost morale

  • Develop and implement recognition and retention strategies to keep professionals motivated. 

  • Partner with leadership to collaborate and implement person-centered solutions

  • Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, budget management, and light household duties

Who We’re Looking For


Required 


  • 2+ years leadership in human services (experience with participants with developmental disabilities preferred)

  • A valid driver’s license

  • Strong relationship building & maintenance, communication, and organizational skills  

  • Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments

  • Experience and able to manage multiple priorities & lead teams towards success 

  • Someone who has a warm, respectful, and professional demeanor


Preferred 

  • Bachelor’s in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work or related field (preferred)

  • CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if applicants are not certified or need to be recertified) 

  • Comprehensive knowledge of compliance in developmental disability services
