Job Purpose:
You will be the main stakeholder for the availability and integrity of the company’s digital content assets and will independently update, maintain, and deliver our catalog to worldwide recipients via digital and physical deliveries. You will also identify, specify, and implement workflow improvements and provide support for department tasks that require our catalog or metadata.
What You’ll Do: (job responsibilities)
Maintaining Digital Content, Assets, and Documentation
Regularly update physical hard drives and fulfill drive requests to worldwide recipients.
Prepare audio files and custom reports for delivery to clients (either ad-hoc or according to agreed schedules).
Write and update delivery documentation, logging any changes to procedure, specification, or client information.
Assist with outlining strategies for deliveries.
Technical and End-User Support
Oversee hard drive and asset-related issues, coordinating with users to resolve problems.
Work with global teams to resolve questions about assets or metadata.
Use alternate delivery methods as needed to ensure clients receive their requested assets.
Escalate issues with assets, files, or delivery systems to the appropriate teams or stakeholders.
Quality Control
Perform routine testing and verification of hard drive inventory, deliverables, and processes.
Ensure all third-party systems are up to date and have accurate metadata.
Monitor the back catalog for missing or incorrect data and apply corrections.
Coordinate with internal teams to perform catalog-wide metadata changes as needed.
Who You Are: (skills and experience required)
Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate technical ideas or problems succinctly and understandably to non-technical people, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work at a fast pace.
Strong cross-platform experience using both macOS and Windows.
Familiarity with the macOS and Windows command line.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with digital file conversion and bulk file renaming.
Familiarity using various FTP clients, access Amazon S3 buckets, and Soundminer.
College degree or equivalent.
Any familiarity with Bash, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.

Must be authorized to work in the United States
7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume and coordination with global teams frequently require extending and adjusting working hours.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is:
$55,301.00-$79,001.00This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
