Compensation

Pay Rate: $20.60–$22.00 per hour (DOE)

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Eligible full-time CNAs can receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid in five increments according to the facility's bonus payout schedule.

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other resident information as directed.

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.

• Accurately document care provided and maintain resident records.

• Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and needs.

• Assist with implementing individualized care plans.

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.

• Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other team members to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is preferred but not required.
