Under the general direction of the SJPP Director for Practice Management, responsible for providing project management and oversight for practice transformation initiatives and organization wide strategic initiatives  including professional development and performance management. Project and initiatives will include ongoing leadership and support for Regional and local priorities. PCMH initiatives and process improvement/workflow projects that will arise in the clinic due to Epic implementation and other operational and programmatic changes. Will act as a point of accountability for delivering large scale, complex, and cross- organizational projects and/or strategy deliverables on time. Is expected to direct and manage daily activities of team members to design and develop approaches to projects and/or program strategies ensuring the strategic direction is in line with business objectives. Team members will include providers, administrative team members and any other stakeholders. Responsible for motivating and evaluating staff, managing projects, analyzing financial situations, determine and evaluate risk, and employs knowledge management tools and techniques resolving organizational challenges. Collaborates with leadership to identify, develop recommendations, and lead the project design and implementation process. Responsible for project management and strategic goal alignment activates including planning, scheduling/assigning work, problem identification and resolution, and evaluation of results. Will lead sustained operational improvements throughout SJPP Clinics in collaboration with the Administrative Directors in Operations and Providence regional and system resources. Works closely with the Regional Quality Improvement Department at SJPP to spread patient satisfaction initiatives throughout SJPP.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or healthcare related field
- 3 years process improvement and project management experience in an ambulatory care environmentÂ
- LEAN and change management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Management or Healthcare related field. Â
- 2 years supervisory experience
