Location: Salinas, CA (Beautiful Monterey County, just 30 minutes from Monterey Bay)
Compensation: $48.00–$55.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
Treatment Implementation: Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions as outlined in the plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist.
Functional Mobility: Guide residents through gait training, therapeutic exercises, and balance activities using our state-of-the-art equipment.
Documentation: Maintain precise and timely daily notes and progress reports in accordance with state and facility standards.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of therapists and nursing staff to ensure a holistic approach to resident recovery.
Resident Education: Instruct residents and their families on the safe use of assistive devices and home exercise programs.

Qualifications
Current, valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License in the state of California.
