Compensation: $300,000–$370,000 annually

Santa Monica Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in the heart of Santa Monica. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values long-term patient relationships, and is looking to grow within a collaborative and supportive practice.

Located just minutes from the beach, our practice combines a modern clinical environment with a strong reputation in the community, an experienced team, and a loyal patient base.

• Fee-for-Service and PPO practice (No Denti-Cal or HMOs)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality, patient-centered treatment
• Diagnose conditions and present treatment plans that educate and empower patients
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and compassionate care
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active California dental license
• Five or more years of general dentistry experience preferred
• Strong communication and case presentation skills
• Commitment to comprehensive, high-quality dentistry
• Team-oriented with a growth mindset

Compensation & Benefits
