You will conduct routine rounds, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff and guests while responding to alarms and issues as they arise. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and/or drivers by following site-specific policies and carrying out security-related procedures, including access control and credential verification.
• Monitor cameras, alarms and/or other systems, document observations, and report unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision to help to deter loss and unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and assisting with emergency response activities as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production, warehouse, office and/or exterior areas, including perimeter checks and inspection of doors, gates and loading areas. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports and log entries, and communicate shift updates during turnovers to support consistent security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
