Our 310‑unit community is seeking a hands‑on, proactive, and highly skilled Lead Maintenance Supervisor who can bring structure, consistency, and pride back to a property that has been underserved in the past. About the Role As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will oversee essential facility operations and ensure the property is operating, functioning, and looking its best every day. You set the tone for the maintenance team, bringing leadership, accountability, and a solutions‑oriented mindset. The How… Maintenance & Technical Expertise You will leverage: 5+ years of property maintenance experience (residential or hospitality), including 1+ year supervising a team Technical certifications such as HVAC, EPA, CPO, or other specialized training to tackle repair needs before they escalate and keep the community running smoothly. You’ll address: HVAC repairs and maintenance Pool and spa upkeep (if CPO certified) Electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues Unit turns and make-ready execution Routine property inspections and cleanliness standards Leadership & Team Management You will: Lead by example and maintain high standards for quality and response time Assist technicians when needed and complete your own work orders Manage the Make‑Ready Board and ensure unit turnover stays on schedule Maintain curb appeal and community grounds Set expectations, have tough conversations when needed, and help guide staff toward improvement Resident Interaction & Customer Service Your friendly, professional approach will support strong resident relationships.
