In this role, you will provide expert product knowledge, support the sales team, and guide customers through vehicle features, technology, and ownership benefits   Location: Fully onsite at Hansel BMW in Santa Rosa, CA Position: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Educate customers on BMW vehicles, features, and technology Support Client Advisors throughout the sales process Deliver engaging and personalized product demonstrations Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer follow-up Maintain current knowledge of BMW products and competitor offerings Help ensure a world-class customer experience and high customer satisfaction Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for vehicle deliveries, product demonstrations, and BMW technology orientations while maintaining excellent customer communication.
