Brewer

This is an opportunity to join a growing team of skilled, experienced brewing professionals, as such we are seeking experienced brewers for this role. As a “Brewery Technician,” you will primarily work the brewhouse, centrifuge and execute day to day cellar operations. This position plays a fundamental role in total beer quality and is a key contributor to successful production department outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for craft beer and attention to detail as well as significant brewing experience.

Primary Skills (Required)

• 2-5 years Brewery operations experience
  • Complete Understanding of the Brewing Process, Measuring and Testing
  • WortProduction Experience
  • Brewery Facility and Equipment Sanitation Experience
  • Centrifuge Operating Experience
  • Canning and Kegging Experience
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Clean, organized and high attention to detail

Bonus Skills (Optional)

• Warehousing experience

Compensation

• $30/hr

Shifts

• 5 x 8 hours shifts per week
• Availability to work days, nights and swing shifts required
• Assigned shifts subject to change
