Job Description:

We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the General Dentistry industry. As a Patient Care Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and customer service. This is a high volume Denti-Cal office, ideal candidate will be familiar with working in a fast pace office. 

Responsibilities:
- Educate patients on dental procedures and treatments with utmost professionalism
- Utilize CDT dental procedure codes for billing and coding insurance claims with precision
- Ensure HIPPA compliance in all patient interactions with strict adherence
- Assist with financial planning and insurance coordination with accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service to patients with empathy and compassion
- Maintain detailed organization of patient records and appointment scheduling with meticulousness
- Generate EOD reports with proficiency




Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a dental office setting with proven track record
  • High School Diploma
  • Familiar with Open Dental
  • Weave 
  • Denti-Cal Insurance 
  • PPO Insurance
