Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust CNC Amada Laser to produce high-precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as necessary to maintain part quality
- Operate the Amada Press Brake and form material
- Setting a computer-controlled press brake to project specifications
- Ensuring proper positioning and alignment of metal inside the press brake
- Monitoring the pressing process
- Measuring and inspecting the finished sheet metal to ensure it matches the specifications
- Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections to ensure product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
- Work collaboratively with engineers and quality control teams to improve production efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Laser operator in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications
- A strong understanding of CNC programming (G-code/M-code) is a plus. Experience with multi-axis CNC machines preferred
- Check and inspect finished parts
- Ability to remain upright and perform repetitive movements throughout most of a work shift
- Arithmetic skills to perform measurements and calculate settings
- Ability to move heavy or large pieces of sheet metal from one place to another
- Observation skills to monitor the pressing process and inspect the metal after pressing
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for the manufacturing industry
- Ability to perform precise measurements and quality inspections
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Welding Stainless, TIG, and MIG experience would be a plus

- 40+ hours per week:
- 4 10-Hour days - Monday – Thursday 2:30 pm – 1:00 am
