Registered Dental Hygienist

We are hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a thriving dental office in Santa Rosa. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, brings a positive attitude, and is comfortable working in a professional environment.

As an RDH, you’ll play a vital role in delivering preventive and therapeutic dental services, helping patients maintain optimal oral health, and contributing to a welcoming team atmosphere. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
  

• Take and interpret digital X-rays
  

• Conduct oral health assessments and charting
  

• Apply fluoride, sealants, or other preventive treatments as needed
  

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
  

• Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards
  

• Collaborate with the dental team to provide quality patient care
  

• Utilize Dentrix, Dexis
  

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in [Insert State]
  

• CPR/BLS Certification
  

• Experience with [Insert Required Software] preferred
  

• Ability to build rapport with patients and team members
  

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  

• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

• Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8-5 Thursday: 7-3
