Responsibilities and Duties Learn our systems, processes, and our positive, customer‑focused culture Deliver a world‑class experience for every customer Maintain thorough knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory Learn the automotive business from the ground up Stay informed about new technology and product changes Communicate with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism Qualifications and Skills Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus!! Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience is a strong advantage! Customer Service Background Preferred Self-Motivation is a key and driven to succeed Be comfortable appearing in social media content and helping promote vehicles and specials online Availability to work a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends Must possess a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred.
