This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing individualized therapy to help patients regain physical function and manage pain. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, medical history, and conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct individualized therapy sessions to improve mobility, strength, and pain management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies.
