The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Las Vegas, New Mexico. We are seeking a Registered Physical Therapist to join our client's Rehab Department in Las Vegas, NM. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing individualized therapy to help patients regain physical function and manage pain. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, medical history, and conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.Â
- Conduct individualized therapy sessions to improve mobility, strength, and pain management.Â
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.Â
- Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies.Â
