Are you a seasoned HVAC Commercial Project Manager ready to take on exciting, large-scale projects with a top-tier team? We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to oversee commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout—ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and lead multiple HVAC commercial projects simultaneously
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Oversee budgets, schedules, materials, and manpower
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety and code requirements
• Prepare and review project documentation, change orders, and closeouts
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive project success

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically in commercial settings
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems, construction processes, and MEP coordination
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar)
• OSHA certification and PMP a plus
