Key Responsibilities:Â
- Provide friendly interactions across multiple systems.  Â
- Update accounts, billing, and transactions accurately.  Â
- Handle multiple interactions via phone, email, chat, and reviews.Â
- Make outbound calls for cross-sell, up-sell, and follow-up.  Â
- Process membership functions quickly to ensure satisfaction.  Â
- Investigate claims and communicate incident results effectively.Â
- Follow procedures with a fun, adaptable attitude.  Â
- Write clear, professional emails for unique scenarios.  Â
- Support loyalty, referral, and member experience programs.  Â
- Overcome objections with resilience and solutions.  Â
- Explain billing and products clearly.  Â
- Contribute to scripts, macros, and training.  Â
- Escalate issues with insights, show proactivity.  Â
- Share feedback in focus groups for improvement.Â
Requirements
Â
Job Requirements:Â Â
- High school diploma or higher.  Â
- 2+ years customer service experience; call center experience a plus.Â
- 2+ years CRM experience (eg. Zendesk, Salesforce). Â
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; Spanish a plus.  Â
- Friendly, fun, personable, problem-solver.  Â
- Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.  Â
- Ability to work remotely if needed. Â
Physical Requirements:Â
- Physically able to sit for extended periods, operate computers and other electronic devices comfortably.?Â
- Capable of moving about to access tools and office equipment when required.?Â
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical movements such as twisting, crawling, or reaching overhead when necessary.Â
