We are seeking an Agronomy Applicator to join our agronomy operations team. This role offers a mix of spraying, customer interaction, and hands-on work in the shop and yard — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork. What You’ll Do Apply fertilizer and crop protection products Operate and maintain application equipment Support Agronomy operations Provide exceptional customer service Follow Safety polices and maintain compliance What We’re Looking For Valid Class B CDL with tanker endorsement and DOT medical certification. Team player who’s willing to “wrench” and assist in the shop when needed. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and coworkers. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated and dependable, with strong attention to detail. Proficient with basic computer and mobile technology.
