Temporary Leave Coverage Opportunity – Event & Recognition Communications Specialist
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented communications professional to join our team on a temporary full-time basis to provide leave coverage through approximately October/November 2026.
In this role, you will support recognition programs, incentive campaigns, and special events by developing engaging content across email, social media, newsletters, and internal platforms. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
- Create and manage content for the SeneGence Recognition and Events social media accounts to spotlight Recognition achievements and event announcements.Â
- Develop and disseminate engaging materials for events, incentives, and recognition programs across multiple channels such as email, social media, and internal platforms, ensuring strict adherence to SeneGence branding guidelines.
- Write compelling stories and helpful tips for the Recognition newsletter.
- Work with leadership to overhaul the copy and format of Recognition Program materials on Distributor website.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as IT and Product Marketing to write content and deploy email campaigns, including a monthly newsletter and update on the Recognition programs.
- Implement new API with IT to automate program emails.
- Develop department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to ensure accuracy of recognition and incentive program data
- Ensure the Recognition Guide, all forms, FAQs, and support collateral are regularly updated.
- Develop reports needed to create event assets for events, incentives, and recognition, including PowerPoints and program announcements.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of all programs and incentives offered by SeneGence and be capable of explaining and effectively communicating them to the field and corporate employees all while providing excellent customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:Â
- College degree in a related field (e.g., program management, communications, marketing, or graphics) (OR equivalent 4 years of experience in a Marketing-related role in lieu of a degree in addition to the work experience requirement)
- At least 5 years of experience creating campaigns, designing with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Campaign Monitor, PowerPoint, Canva, and the entire Microsoft suite.
- Ability to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Â
- Demonstrate optimism, resilience, and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and analyze reports.
- Works well cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Graphics, Field Development Directors, Event Managers, and Country Managers
- Travel to SeneGence events as needed (approximately 15% of the time).
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
- Consistent and regular attendance is expected.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED FOR POSITION: Â
- Direct sales/MLM experience is a plus. 
- Knowledge of competitive marketplace, online space, and SeneGence. 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Â
Physical requirements include arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, bending, and handling; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.  Must be willing and able to work the hours necessary to accomplish the job requirements including working irregular hours to attend evening and/or weekend events, meetings and/or seminars. Position is subject to additional working hours above forty-hour work week. Â
 WORKING CONDITIONS: Â
Working environment is primarily indoors in an office setting and occasionally outdoors for special events; with additional travel to facilitate corporate-sponsored events locally and domestically.
