Job Summary for this role:
Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring general technical labor skills.
General Accountabilities:
- Routinely performs general building/contracting functions under direct supervision.
- Understanding and performance of various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general interior and exterior building work.
- Performs routine maintenance for buildings and various jobsites.
- Performs general cleaning duties of buildings or properties as needed.
- Records type and cost of maintenance or repair work as directed.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in building, operations, or maintenance performance/upkeep
- General abilities in maintenance work across disciplinesÂ
- Proficient with basic computer skills to generate email and text messages preferred
Physical Requirements
- Site Environment - site work will require ability to navigate uneven project site terrain, ability to climb ladders/scaffolding, walk up and down stairs, ability to lift 50 lbs
- Read reduced size black and white spec sheets, reports, schedules on computer screens or hard print
