Millennium Physician Group, part of Mosaic Health, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our primary care team in Sarasota, Florida.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Florida APRN or Physician Assistant license
• Current board certification
• Primary care experience preferred
