Client Experience Cashier & Receptionist – Audi Sarasota

In this highly visible role, you will serve as both a welcoming presence and a trusted point of contact for our valued clients. From greeting guests to processing transactions with precision, your ability to provide a seamless, elevated experience is essential to maintaining the Audi standard of excellence.

Previous accounting and/or cashier experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients in person and over the phone
• Accurately process payments for vehicle sales and service transactions with the utmost attention to detail
• Maintain balanced cash handling and ensure financial accuracy at all times
• Enter transaction data into accounting systems with care and precision
• Support a refined front-office environment through organization and administrative assistance
• Contribute to a calm, efficient, and client-focused atmosphere

What You Bring

• Cashier and/or accounting experience
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with financial transactions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask gracefully
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technologies
• Cash handling experience preferred; automotive or luxury retail experience a plus
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds, Excel, or accounting systems is advantageous, though training will be provided
