Status:                  Exempt Salaried    Â
Position Purpose:                Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates for IPG North America; advising managers; and managing intern program. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Principle Accountabilities
- Responsible for all entry and mid-level salaried recruiting for IPG North America.
- Oversees and ensures compliance with requisition and advertising processes for all positions for IPG North America.
- Reviews all incoming resumes and applications for fit with role, and forwards qualified applications to internal stakeholders.
- Sets up assessments for candidates and routes results to relevant stakeholders prior to in-person interview process.
- Facilitates communication with candidates and internal stakeholders, including setting up candidate travel, interview schedules, and logistics of interviews.
- Oversees and ensures compliance with offer process for candidates.
- Onboards all salaried new hires to IPG through designated onboard process, including entering new hires into payroll system.
- Creates, supports, and continuously improves hiring process for salaried hires throughout IPG North America.
- Manages intern program by conducting orientations and partnering with internal stakeholders on scheduling rotations and assignments.
- Partners with Accounts Payable to reconcile all recruiting invoices to proper cost centers.
- Partners with Payroll department to assist in processing candidate expense reports
- Assists with HR and related projects as requested by Corporate HR team.
- All other related tasks as requested by Manager.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated excellent detail-oriented skills required
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Web-Based applications, including video conferencing, required.
