Job DetailsJob Location: US Headquarters - SARASOTA, FL 34231Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayThe Large Format Print Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day print production within the LexJet Experience Center. This hands-on role manages projects from file preparation through printing and finishing, while ensuring quality, accuracy, efficiency, and on-time completion. The Production Coordinator works across a variety of large-format printing technologies, media, inks, and finishing applications while supporting customer samples, product testing, demonstrations, internal projects, events, and other Experience Center activities. Responsibilities: Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy and proper setup for a variety of substrates and applications. Operate large-format printers and finishing equipment to produce samples, signage, and other printed materials. Troubleshoot production issues related to equipment, media, or file setup, and resolve them quickly to minimize downtime. Coordinate production schedules and priorities to meet deadlines for customer, sales, and internal requests. Support product testing and demonstrations by producing samples using new inks, media, and printing technologies. Track and manage production supplies and media inventory, ordering materials as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in large format printing, print production, or a related production/manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience operating large-format printers, RIP software, and finishing equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. Comfortable working with a variety of media, inks, and substrates, with a willingness to learn new print technologies. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in printing or graphics a plus.
