What You’ll Do
Responsibilities vary by client but may include:
- Providing overnight supervision and safety
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene)
- Light housekeeping and meal prep
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and nighttime routines
- Following a personalized care plan
- Communicating clearly with families and care team
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals
- Willingness to complete all employment requirements
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Prior caregiving or home care experience (preferred, not required)
- Access to a smartphone and email
- Strong respect for client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
