What You'll Be Doing:

Install and remove HVAC systems, parts, and products
Diagnose HVAC system issues
Prepare accurate repair estimates
Educate customers about HVAC products and services
Perform regular system maintenance
Mentor and train junior team members
Maintain clear communication with clients and customers
Follow local HVAC codes and regulations
Take on various tasks as needed, based on company requirements

What We're Looking For:

EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain it immediately)
Ability to build relationships based on teamwork, trust, and respect
A positive, can-do attitude
Strong communication skills
Willingness to embrace and learn new technologies

Qualifications:

4+ years of HVAC service experience
EPA Certification required
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. regularly
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, climbing ladders, and performing outdoor work
