What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a vital role in the production process, installing and testing components that bring our boats to life. Opportunities are available across various areas of production.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Installing and testing marine components (rigging)
  • Operating power tools: screw guns, drills, caulk guns, grinders
  • Collaborating with engineers and managers to solve challenges
  • Ensuring all components meet our high standards

What You Bring

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship and teamwork. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidates.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (not required)
  • Familiarity with power tools
  • Ability to read and follow assembly diagrams
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various physical positions
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Physical & Environmental Requirements

This role involves physical activity and exposure to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Physical tasks may include:

  • Climbing, kneeling, squatting, stretching, bending
  • Working in confined or awkward spaces
  • Lifting up to 80 lbs.
