Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. This role ensures all products are handled with care, inventory is maintained accurately, and orders meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

·         Pick and pack customer orders according to shipping guidelines and accuracy standards.

·         Prepare shipments by labeling, weighing, and organizing packages for delivery carriers.

·         Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces in compliance with company policies.

·         As needed or requested, conduct inventory counts and report stock discrepancies.

·         Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.

·         Assist with restocking shelves and organizing incoming deliveries.

·         Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfillment goals.

·         Follow all safety procedures and report potential hazards or equipment issues.

Qualifications

·         High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

·         Basic computer and barcode scanner skills.

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.

·         Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

 Work Environment

·         Warehouse setting with frequent physical activity (bending, lifting, walking).

·         May require working weekends or extended hours during high-volume periods.
