About the jobs:
Join our production team where you will be part of creating power electronics destined for military and industrial products. Our Assemblers, Coil Winders, Lamination Specialist, and Chemical Operators review work orders, diagrams, work instructions, or customer layouts to build electronic components.
Apply today if you have any of the following skills:
- Carpentry and general construction
- Measuring and marking accurately
- Drilling and tapping holes
- Using hand and power tools
- Cutting, grinding, deburring, and filing
- Mechanical assembly
- Working with brackets, enclosures, busbars, and mounting hardware
- Reading and following work instructions
- Following drawings and assembly diagrams, BOMs, & SOPS
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work full time
- While performing the functions of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel crawl, talk or hear
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working in manufacturing or production environments
- Proficient in following work instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required by production schedules.
