Your Role:
Our successful Bartender for Vapor Night Club promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. TIPS Certification preferred.
- Must have three (3) years of previous bartending experience.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule to meet business needs which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Creates and ensures a full filled, entertaining and exciting environment.
- Knowledgeable and able to provide expertly mixed drinks to our guest with fast, fun, friendly, fresh and focused service, while taking orders and serving beverages.
- Posses outgoing personality.
- Be able to work effectively, efficiently, and knowledgeable with night club service personnel; as well as complying with, and enforcing alcohol awareness laws and procedures.
- Adhere to established company and departmental procedures, guidelines and policies at all times, including but not limited to guest service, cash handling, sanitation and organization.
- Communicate with and promote positive team member and guest interactions and maintain professionalism at all times while working with other team members, departments, and guests.
- Maintain strictly, the established company uniform and well groomed appearance and hygiene at all times.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized and well stocked work station and bar at all times. Side work, cleaning and stock duties and trash removal must be completed as assigned and also completed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Accurately reorder all distilled spirits and wines on a bottle for bottle basis and be held accountable for accurately maintaining documented par levels.
- Utilizing proper cash/change handling procedures with the correct price of the drink.
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 6-8 hours.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs occasionally.
