Our Saratoga Medical Associates office is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team!

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
• Conduct training for new hires. Work with Practice Manager to coordinate continuing education/clinical team development and provide input to Practice Manager and QA/QC Nurse.
• Provide input to Practice Manager on performance of clinical staff which includes nursing and medical assistants with regards to performance reviews.
• Work with Practice Manager to promote and monitor clinical team morale and monitor clinical team performance.
• Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager of office scheduling of the clinical staff.
• Schedule nursing and medical support staff to assure adequate coverage for the shift at all times and adjust schedule as needs vary with approval from Practice Manager for coverage and budget oversight.
• Coordinate continued growth of clinical team professional knowledge through regularly scheduled in-service programs and community education programs.
• Work with Practice Manger and Practice Medical Manager and QI Lead Physician in maintaining and updating current nursing procedure manual.
• Work as the VFC coordinator for this practice ordering and maintain supplies/vaccines and keeping up with all regulations and inspections.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality.
• Work with Practice Manager to assure proper medical documentation/charting, patient scheduling/flow, and coordination of all clinical staff (including medical assistants).
• Monitor and incorporate training and implementation of all clinical office procedures (e.g. immunizations, tympanograms, pulse oximetry, spriometer).
• Work with Practice Manager, Medical Manager and Lead QI physician to coordinate all patient educational materials. This should be closely integrated with the triage functions and quality initiatives. Will work with Practice Manager
and designated staff to develop, maintain, and update all patient handout materials for final approval by Practice Medical Manager.
• Ensure adequate communication between clinical staff and other areas of the office.
• Maintain and report private vaccine inventory electronically to CCP finance and the FPN leadership.

- Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour

High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred. Valid NYS LPN license. Three years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Strong computer skills.
