F & B ATTENDANT

About the Role:

The F & B Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests in the hospitality sector. This position involves providing attentive service, ensuring that all food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. The F & B Attendant will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly. By maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, the attendant contributes to the overall ambiance and satisfaction of the guests. Ultimately, the success of this role is measured by the guests' enjoyment and their likelihood to return or recommend the establishment to others.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in food safety and handling.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of various food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
