Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager with product fulfillment, inventory management, retail sales and customer service for Brush Creek Mercantile. This individual will report to the Operations Manager.


Responsibilities



• Operate the fulfillment warehouse for BCM, from receiving an order to delivery confirmation. This includes maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment.

• Ensure fulfillment orders are picked, packed and shipped on time.

• Troubleshoot and escalate technical and physical workflow issues.

• Perform customer service functions including fielding calls, emails and web chats. Solve for customer concerns, coordinating with Operations Manager.

• Perform retail sales functions including greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, and entering sales into Point-of-Sale system.

• Provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times. Anticipate and exceed customer expectations.

• Deliver brand service standards.

• Receive product and manage inventory, utilizing an inventory management program and on-site RFID system. This includes securing inventory and protecting inventory from harmful environmental factors.

• Maintain relationships with FedEx Express and other shipping partners. This includes utilizing current discounted rates and negotiating new discounts and pick-up frequency when possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial-based culture

• 2+ years of fulfillment experience

• Lift, carry or otherwise move product for shipping and receiving

• Ability to stand; sit; walk; reach for extended periods of time

• Ability to partner, operate, and execute in a matrixed organization, while leveraging shared services such as IT, marketing, finance, operations, etc.

• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration is a must

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
