Job Description

CSP's Sarepta facility has an opening for a Facility Tech on the 3:00am - 11:30am shift.

This position is responsible for maintaining plant and facilities in a clean and well organized manner which will provide a safe working environment for employees and meet all environmental concerns in this area.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collect oily rags from red containers and transfer to proper disposal containers.

*Note: Kevlar Steel Hand Gloves must be worn when dumping trash into compactor. This will prevent injury from happening due to sharp objects that may be inside the trash bag.

Sweep and clean plant floor using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of plant grounds.
Maintain work equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Label container with proper GHS information, when transferring from original container to new container. All mop water needs to be disposed of in the mop water disposal area.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

General education
Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies and procedures
