Champion Rehab is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. 


This full-time position offers opportunities for professional growth and future advancement across multiple care settings, with the flexibility to treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments—or focus primarily on the setting you enjoy most.

As an Occupational Therapist you'll:

  • Direct patient care: continuous assessment of patient needs and functional deficits, patient care/treatment, on-going modifications to existing plan of care as needed, ability to initiate appropriate referrals to other disciplines when needed
  • Work closely with skilled and dedicated interdisciplinary team in order to maximize patient satisfaction and overall success based on diagnosis and comorbidities
  • Apply clinical expertise as necessary including but not limited to family and staff education/training, recommendations and guidance for safe and successful discharge, supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, communicating with Physicians to ensure fluency of care
  • Complete documentation which follows regulatory guidelines (state, federal)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Currently licensed to practice in State of MN. New graduates and temporary license holders are encouraged to apply
  • Ongoing attendance of educational seminars to maintain license(s) as required by practice acts for CEU credits.
  • Must maintain work and client/resident confidentiality.
