Summary:

To provide a warm, welcoming greeting to our Guest, and to ensure that the Guests’ dining experience is exceptional. To ensure that Guests are seated in a timely manner, and to provide a sincere and heartfelt thank you to each Guest as they leave.

The Job:

Manage a wait list
Greet Guests and escort them as soon as possible to a clean table
Bid farewell to Guests leaving, and invite them to return
Refill beverages
Have a (basic) understanding of our menu
Clean and reset tables
Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards
