Commercial Title Examiner – Entry-Level (Law School Graduates)
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Fully in-office position, remote work is not available)
About the Role:
Are you a recent law school graduate looking to launch your career in the real estate and title insurance industry? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Commercial Title Examiner. This role offers hands-on mentorship and training in a collaborative, in-office environment. No prior title experience or bar passage is required - we're looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
Examine commercial title records and issue title commitments and Owner & Encumbrance reports
Conduct legal research on property tax records, bankruptcies, liens, and judgments
Collaborate with underwriting to resolve title objections and obtain necessary approvals
Work closely with clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them through title-related issues
Review closing documents to ensure compliance with title requirements
Who You Are:
A graduate of an accredited law school (bar passage not required)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
An excellent communicator, both in writing and over the phone
Polite, professional, and client-facing, with strong interpersonal skills
Someone who thrives in a structured, in-office environment and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
Smart, humble, and eager to learn
