Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Associate, you play a vital role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and shipped to customers safely and on time. You will be an essential part of a collaborative team that values efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify products for accuracy and condition prior to shipment
  • Prepare picked and completed orders for packing and shipping
  • Receive inbound shipments, review accompanying documentation, and report discrepancies or shortages
  • Move pallets and materials using appropriate equipment, including hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks
  • Shrink‑wrap goods to ensure safe loading, storage, and transport
  • Ensure correct labeling and documentation on all outgoing packages
  • Load and unload trucks from ground level or loading platforms
  • Use computer systems and handheld devices for inventory management and shipping processes
  • Stock incoming products and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused warehouse environment
  • Understand and comply with the Tower Products Incorporated Employee Manual and Quality Policy Statement

  • Ability to lift, carry, and handle merchandise up to 50 lbs. safely (with or without reasonable accommodation)
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands
