Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health status accurately.
- Provide compassionate support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas following established protocols.
- Report any changes in patients’ conditions promptly to the nursing team.
- Adhere to all healthcare and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or availability to take the CNA course is required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to perform physically demanding CNA tasks, including lifting or repositioning patients, extended standing and walking, and assisting with transfers.
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures is preferred.
- Availability to work evening shifts is preferred.
- Compensation: 45000-80000 USD/year
