As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at CentraCare, you will work under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to deliver occupational therapy treatments and home instruction to patients.
The position requires effective communication with healthcare professionals and families, as well as the ability to gather assessment information and report on patient progress weekly.
This full-time role involves a schedule of 64 hours every two weeks, primarily Monday through Friday during the day shift, with rotating holidays.
Starting pay for this position is $20.71 per hour, with a pay range of $20.71 to $31.06 per hour, increasing with experience.
Candidates must have a current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant certification and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

As a COTA, under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist (OTR), you will schedule, plan, and deliver prescribed occupational therapy treatments and home instruction to patients. Responsibilities include assisting in various therapeutic activities, maintaining communication with healthcare professionals and families, gathering assessment information, interpreting physician orders, providing patient education, and reporting weekly on patient progress. QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy.
