Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals according to prescribed diets and nutritional plans.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed at all times.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dietary kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist patients with special dietary needs and preferences, providing a friendly and supportive dining experience.
  • Collaborate closely with dietary staff and healthcare professionals to support patient nutrition goals.
  • Inventory and stock dietary supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in food service or healthcare dietary settings is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling of food items.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
