Position Type: Full Time

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Clean and maintain the Mueller Sports Medicine (MSM) campus facilities.

POSITION FUNCTIONS

75%    Cleaning/Laundry

  • Clean breakroom tables, sinks and counters after lunch breaks
  • Check/clean microwaves and cabinets 
  • Clean refrigerators monthly
  • Inventory/restock breakroom supplies
  • Clean conference rooms
  • Clean Union Terrace and M-Center (dust, windows, floors, etc.)
  • Laundering of fitness center towels, manufacturing, etc
  • Report to maintenance any areas requiring repair or attention

15%    Guest Haus

  • Clean Guest Haus after each guest departs
    • Remove/replace bedding
    • Laundering of bedding and towels
    • Clean out refrigerator/freezer
    • Wash and put away dishes
    • Inventory/restock supplies as needed
    • Report to maintenance any areas or items requiring repair or attention

5%    Ranch (occasionally)

  • Clean Ranch when specified
    • Remove/replace bedding
    • Laundering of bedding and towels
    • Clean out refrigerator/freezer
    • Wash and put away dishes
    • Restock supplies as needed
    • Report to maintenance any areas or items requiring repair or attention

5%    Exterior Patios and Caddy Shack (occasionally)

  • Caddy Shack (when open)
    • Clean Caddy Shack tables and chairs
    • Clean interior of Caddy Shack
    • Maintain organization of equipment and supplies in the building 
    • Clear debris from patio and golf areas
  • Patio Areas (as needed)
    • Clean patio furniture
    • Clear debris from patio
    • Report to maintenance any areas or items requiring repair or attention
  • Front Entrances - Main Office/Guest Haus/Ranch House
    • Clear debris from front entrances
    • Report to maintenance any areas or items requiring repair or attention

5%    MISCELLANEOUS

  • Occasional errands as needed

NA     Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.

Qualifications


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school or general equivalency diploma (GED) degree.
  • One or more years of custodial experience.
  • Ability to understand and comply with the Mueller Quality System and current regulatory requirements.

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Responsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the organization’s systems and data as well as client data.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills; ability to stand or sit, bend or stoop, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light weights of up to 20 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read. The team member frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Position requires frequent typing. Position requires occasional local, business travel, including operation of a motor vehicle.
