About the Accounting & Finance Internship:

Gain hands-on experience in operations finance through financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while strengthening your Excel, Tableau, and analytical skills.

Program Structure:

  • Schedule: Part-time (15-20 hours/week) during the academic year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer.
  • Location: Saukville, WI
  • Start Date: May 2027
  • Duration: Year-round internship

What we're looking for:

  • Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Ability to succeed in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred experience:

  • ​Accounting or Finance major with multiple related courses completed toward major.

  • Strong attention to details, accuracy, and reliability.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Oracle experience.

What you'll focus on:

  • Develop an understanding of accounting and operations finance processes.
  • Support financial analysis, monthly reporting, and business performance initiatives.
  • Assist with cost variance analysis and other operations finance projects.
  • Support fixed asset capitalization and disposal activities.
  • Document processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
