No prior banking experience is required-we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

A Day in the Role
As a Teller, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our members, helping them with everyday financial transactions and delivering a welcoming, efficient experience.
Your day will include:
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions
- Handling cash accurately and balancing your drawer at the end of each shift
- Assisting members with questions and basic account needs
- Ensuring accuracy, security, and attention to detail in all transactions
- Providing friendly, professional service in every interaction
Member service is at the center of everything you do-you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience every time someone walks through our doors.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Comfortable using basic math and computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Team-oriented mindset
