What You Can Expect from This Role:

As a Full-Time Member Service Representative, you will be the face of Soo Co-op Credit Union, responsible for providing exceptional service to our members. You’ll work closely with our members to help them perform transactions, update and maintain accounts, and recommend solutions to their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process member deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist members with account inquiries, balance information, and account maintenance.
  • Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all security and compliance procedures to protect our members' financial assets.
  • Collaboration is at the heart of our credit union; you will work closely with your colleagues to maintain a supportive and cohesive work environment.
