Restaurant Team Member (Cashier & Kitchen)- Jimmy Johns

At LV Petroleum, we are searching for Jimmy John's Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant! With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on creating an enjoyable experience for every guest. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in making sure our customers are served properly and the food is freshly prepared.

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm at the Jimmy John's (inside our travel center) located at 9062 US-69, Savanna, OK.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, customer service, and ensuring cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas. You will be part of a dynamic team that strives to provide a satisfying experience for all our guests.

• Prepare food items according to standard. Jimmy John's recipes, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Assist customers in making choices and taking their orders with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, following safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately while providing receipts and change as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and efficient restaurant operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or supply needs to management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to deliver excellent customer service.

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
