Catalyst Technologies (CT) is a market leader in the syngas value chain. The Production Operator is responsible for performing coating operations, assembly of product and providing associated support.

Your responsibilities:

  • Efficiently perform production operations according to Work Instructions (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Perform in-process monitoring and recording of product quality 
  • Report up deviations in product from established standards
  • Follow safe work and good housekeeping practices and report any unsafe conditions and incidents
  • Make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Use basic hand and power tools
  • Take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed

Requirements for the role:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience – Desired
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry, are required
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) on a regular and consistent basis
