As a Houseman at Holiday Inn Express - Chatham Parkway you’ll help keep our hotel clean, organized, and running smoothly while supporting both guests and the housekeeping team. Responsibilities

Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms
Keep common areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
Assist guests with requests in a friendly and professional manner
Support the housekeeping team with restocking, moving items, and special projects
Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department
Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
Follow hotel safety and cleanliness standards
Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift, move, and carry supplies or equipment as needed
Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the shift
Previous hotel or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
